8月30日消息，据国外媒体报道，土豆网最新SEC文件显示，新浪目前持有土豆网 9.05%的股份，投资价约为6641万美元。

SEC文件显示，土豆网8月17日登陆纳斯达克，IPO融资1.74亿美元。当天，新浪以29美元（土豆网发行价）购入土豆网107.5 万股ADS，代表430万普通股，价值为3117.5万美元。

随后在8月17日—8月25日，新浪以3523.2万美元购入土豆网1,492,570股ADS，代表5,970,280 股普通股。两轮共持有土豆网2,567,570 股ADS，代表10,270,280股普通股 ，占土豆网总股本的9.06%。

上周有消息人士称，该笔投资可能是两家公司更深层次合作的前奏，合作的细节尚未讨论。

中国是全球最大的互联网市场，网民超过4.5亿，土豆网是中国第二大网络视频公司，正加紧争夺内容，争取更大的市场份额来赢得广告客户。

土豆网股价周一上涨2%至25.55美元。

On August 17, 2011, SINA purchased 1,075,000 ADSs representing 4,300,000 Shares at a price of $31,175,000 in connection with the Issuer’s initial public offering.
 
Between August 17, 2011 and August 25, 2011 SINA purchased a total of 1,492,570 ADSs representing 5,970,280 Shares at an aggregate price of $35,231,859.
